What I believe about building products.

Build to learn, don’t build to launch.

The fastest way to find out if an idea is right is to make the smallest real version of it and watch how people actually use it. A working prototype tells you more in a week than a strategy deck tells you in a quarter. I design in code from the start, so what you test is real, integratable, and ready to build on, not a throwaway mockup.

Speed and trust aren’t a trade-off.

Moving fast doesn’t have to mean breaking things or burning people out. In early-stage teams, where every role is amplified, the way you work matters as much as what you ship. I build lightweight systems and clear focus that let a team move quickly without grinding itself down, or turning into something it doesn’t want to be.

Evidence sets the direction, not opinion.

The loudest voice in the room is usually wrong about something, and the only reliable way to find out which something is to put the work in front of real users. I bring a full toolbox of research and validation, but I keep it lightweight and pointed at one question: are we building the right thing? Everything else waits.

One person, the whole loop.

Discovery, design, and build usually live in three different heads, and the handoffs between them are where clarity leaks out. I run all three myself. That’s not just faster, it means the thing that gets built is the same thing that got learned, with nothing lost in translation.
